The brief
Our clients brief was to design and build a dedicated big screen experience with a traditional matched set of walnut speaker on show completing a 5.1.2 Dolby Atmos surround sound audio. We worked alongside a design & build team for the interactive pelmet around the ceiling and designed it to create a mood wash of colour with the boxing concealing all system cables.
The Solution
Working with the design and build team we were able to provide a room layout showing the client how the room would look from lighting effects and finishes to soft furnishings. Ultimately the ideal configuration for the rooms shape, size and viewing position lent itself best to a Dolby Atmos 5.1.2 system with a LG 77″ OLED TV with a viewing distance of 4m from the sofa position.
